Terms and conditions of use

In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or ambiguities between the Polish and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Polish version shall prevail. The Polish version is considered authoritative and forms the basis for the interpretation and resolution of any disputes related to the use of the Service and the completion of transactions within the Online Store. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the Polish and English versions, the content of the Polish version should always be referred to.

  1. General provisions

    1. This document sets forth the terms and conditions for using the online store available at https://podpis.unistyle.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
    2. The store is operated by UniStyle.pl Krzysztof Kuczmanski, registered in Lodz 90-437, at Al. Tadeusza Kosciuszki Avenue 80/82, with the place of business and service at Kościuszki Avenue 80/82, room 302, in Lodz.
    3. The Store conducts the sale of electronic products and electronic signatures.

  2. Definitions

    1. Customer - a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, who places an order in the Store.
    2. Product - an electronic product or electronic signature available for purchase in the Store.

  3. Ordering

    1. Placing an order in the Store requires registration and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    2. The Customer may place an order by adding selected Products to the shopping cart and completing the order process.
    3. The Store reserves the right to refuse an order if it is incomplete or if the Customer has provided false or misleading information.

  4. Delivery

    1. Orders are fulfilled within Poland.
    2. Delivery of Products is carried out through selected courier companies, such as Inpost, DPD, Fedex, DHL, Geis.
    3. The costs of delivery are presented during the order process and depend on the selected delivery method and location.
    4. Through courier companies, the store delivers products that require additional services to become fully operational such as: certificate installation, identity verification, software installation. Some of these services can only be performed by qualified UniStyle employees only during a meeting with the customer at UniStyle.pl
    5. The Store is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company.

  5. Returns and complaints

    1. The Customer has the right to return a Product within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with the applicable consumer law.
    2. To make a return, the Customer should contact the Store's customer service and notify them of their intentions. Instructions for the return will be provided to the Customer.
    3. The returned Product must be in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging, with complete documentation and accessories.
    4. The costs associated with returning the Product are covered by the Customer, unless the return concerns a faulty Product or non-conformity with the order.
    5. In case of complaints regarding the Product, the Customer should contact the Store's customer service, providing a detailed description of the problem. The Store will take all necessary steps to resolve the complaint.

  6. Liability

    1. The Store is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of Products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
    2. The Store is not liable for any disruptions in access to the Store resulting from reasons beyond its control, such as technical failures, actions of third parties, or force majeure.

  7. Personal data protection

    1. The Store guarantees the protection of Customers' personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data protection laws.

  8. Final provisions

    1. Any matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the applicable Polish law.
    2. Any disputes arising from the sales agreement between the Store and the Customer shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Store's registered office.
    3. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the day of their publication on the Store's website.
