The Lenovo ThinkPad USB-C Dock Gen 2 (40AS0090EU) is a versatile docking station designed for Lenovo ThinkPad laptops and other USB-C notebooks supporting DisplayPort Alt Mode and USB Power Delivery. It transforms a single USB-C connection into a complete desktop workstation while reducing cable clutter.

The dock supports Ultra HD 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 at 60 Hz) and can drive up to three external displays, depending on the capabilities of the connected computer. Dual DisplayPort 1.4 outputs together with an HDMI 2.0 port provide flexible multi-monitor configurations for enhanced productivity.

Integrated Gigabit Ethernet ensures reliable wired network connectivity, while multiple USB ports allow connection of keyboards, mice, printers, storage devices and other accessories. The USB-C Gen2 interface supports data transfer speeds of up to 10 Gbps for fast file transfers.

The docking station also delivers notebook charging via USB Power Delivery and supports enterprise management features including Wake-on-LAN, PXE Boot and MAC Address Pass-Through on compatible Lenovo ThinkPad systems.
