Shipping, returns and complaints

  1. Orders are shipped through selected shipping companies: Inpost, DPD, Fedex, DHL.
  2. The choice of the shipping operator is based on the size and weight of the package; there is no possibility for the Customer to choose.
  3. We offer three delivery methods: personal pickup at the company headquarters, courier delivery, or delivery to InPost parcel lockers.
  4. Delivery costs are presented during the order finalization in the shopping cart.
  5. The presented transport costs include delivery within Poland only.
  6. The cost of international shipping outside the Republic of Poland is assessed individually.
  7. The current status of the shipment should be checked on the carrier's website.
  8. The waybill number and carrier information will be included in the email confirming the shipment from warehouse.
  9. The properly secured package is dispatched by the courier company no later than 1 working day from the moment of placing the order. Typically, the courier company delivers the shipments within 2 working days from dispatch.
  10. Upon delivery, please verify if the envelope has been damaged or opened.
  11. The courier is obligated to wait for the customer to check the condition of the product.
  12. In case of envelope damage, please report it to the courier, who will prepare a complaint report.
  13. Only a protocol prepared upon delivery will guarantee a quick exchange of the product for a new one free from defects.
  14. The Customer has the right to return the purchased Product within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with consumer law regulations.
  15. To initiate a return, the Customer should notify their intention in writing or through distance communication means by sending an email to, with the order number included in the subject line. The email should be sent from the registered email address used in the Store.
  16. The returned goods should be in an undamaged condition, in the original packaging, with complete documentation and accessories.
  17. The Customer is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the goods.
  18. The Store commits to refunding the paid amount for the purchased Product within 14 days from the date of receiving the return.
  19. The refund payment will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer during the purchase, unless the Customer explicitly agrees to a different refund method.
  20. The Store reserves the right to refuse a return if the Product has been used, if the envelope containing the SIM card data has been tampered with, or if the product shows signs of use or damage due to improper handling.
  21. The Customer bears full responsibility for the proper use of the Product and is obliged to comply with all applicable regulations regarding the specific Product.
  22. In the case of complaints concerning the Product, the Customer should contact the customer service of the Store, providing a detailed description of the problem. Contact can be made via the email address In the email, the Customer is required to provide the order number obtained from the Online Store and send the email from the address registered in the store.

  24. Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of effective delivery of the complaint content to the company headquarters or the provided email address
  25. The return conditions do not apply to Products that have been customized or delivered upon special customer order.

These terms of product returns aim to provide the Customer with clear and transparent guidelines regarding the Product return procedure and to protect consumer rights in terms of returning purchased goods.
